For a full, pouty look outline lips just over your natural lip line then thoroughly pencil-in lips. Use the lip brush to layer on lipstick.
Because of the oil-infused formula, it’s important to use a clean pencil sharpener with a sharp blade. Gently twist the pencil through the sharpener to create a defined point. After use, clean the sharpener with a cotton swab to remove all excess product so it is ready for the next time.
