Includes our recommended classic spritz cookie recipe. You can also use it with savory dough to make homemade crackers. While non-stick pans are great, we recommend aluminum baking sheets for spritz cookies; the dough needs to stick a little to form properly. Includes 1 cookie press and 12 discs.
