This versatile cookie pan is constructed of heavy-duty carbon steel to prevent warping and provide durability while the medium color tone allows for even browning. Featuring even heat distribution that is so critical to successful baking, the pan is ideal for everything from classic chocolate chip cookies to wild blueberry crumb bars. The shallow outside wall prevents sliding when roasting farmer’s market vegetables or crisping quesadillas. The nonstick surface makes for easy cleanup and the wide rim handles with silicone grips provide a confident, sturdy hold even with oven mitts. The cookie sheet is oven safe to 450°F.
